This Privacy Policy describes how Body Observability, Inc. ("Body Observability", "BO", "we") collects, uses, and discloses information in connection with our website and services.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to our Site, waitlist and membership flows, scheduling, studio sessions, and reports/Intelligence views.

2. Information we collect

  • Information you provide: name, email, phone, scheduling preferences, communications.
  • Membership and transactions: membership status and payment confirmation details (payment is processed by third parties).
  • Measurement and report information: information generated through sessions and reports, including longitudinal comparisons.
  • Automatic data: device and usage data (e.g., IP address, browser type, pages viewed).

3. How we use information

  • Provide and operate the Services (waitlist, membership, scheduling, communications).
  • Deliver reports and Intelligence views, including longitudinal comparisons.
  • Provide context against population datasets and appropriate de-identified BO member cohorts.
  • Protect security and integrity of the Services and prevent misuse.
  • Improve the Services, including protocol consistency and quality.

4. How we disclose information

  • Service providers: vendors supporting hosting, communications, scheduling, payments, analytics, and security.
  • Partners supporting requested services: where applicable, licensed ordering providers and laboratory partners.
  • Legal and safety: disclosures required by law or to protect rights and safety.
  • Business transfers: mergers, acquisitions, or asset sales (subject to safeguards).

5. De-identified and aggregated information

We may create de-identified and/or aggregated information to provide cohort context, improve protocols, and perform quality and reliability analysis. We do not sell member information.

6. Data retention

We retain information as necessary to provide the Services, maintain longitudinal continuity, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

7. Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. We are HIPAA compliant and SOC 2 compliant as part of our security posture.

8. Your choices

  • Opt out of marketing communications using links provided in messages.
  • Manage cookies through your browser settings.
  • Request access, correction, or deletion by contacting us (subject to verification and legal constraints).
