Membership & Studio Use Agreement
This Membership & Studio Use Agreement ("Agreement") applies when you purchase or use a Body Observability membership or access a Body Observability studio. It supplements our Terms of Service.
1. Membership scope
Your membership provides access to Body Observability studios and related services, subject to appointment availability, capacity, safety requirements, and measurement spacing rules.
2. Measurement categories
Measurement categories offered may include:
- Blood
- Blood pressure
- Retina imaging with angiography
- Body composition (including visceral adipose tissue)
- Skin mapping
- Gait analysis
- Grip strength
- VOâ‚‚ max and RMR
3. Scheduling; cool-off periods; blood panel limit
Certain measurement categories may require spacing between sessions. Blood panels are included up to three (3) times per year unless otherwise stated.
4. Studio rules and conduct
You agree to follow staff instructions and posted policies and to refrain from unsafe or disruptive conduct. We may refuse service or suspend membership for safety reasons.
5. Health and safety acknowledgements
Some measurement sessions may involve physical exertion. You are responsible for deciding whether to participate and for seeking guidance from qualified professionals if you are unsure.
6. Assumption of risk
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you assume the inherent risks associated with physical measurements and studio participation.
7. Not medical care
Body Observability does not provide medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. Outputs are informational and do not replace professional judgment.
